Before beginning work, our contractors will thoroughly inspect the roof space of your property. After completing the necessary measurements, our planning and design team will get to work, incorporating any bespoke requests from the client. Once a plan for the hip-to-gable, mansard, or dormer conversion has been drawn up and the space has been cleared, steel beams are erected to ensure adequate support before fitting new floor joists. The internal walls are then completed, external roofing and tiling work are carried out, and the rooms are insulated. Next, we fit the windows and staircase, allowing us to conduct the necessary electrical work before plastering and any required bathroom installation. At this stage, our loft conversions are almost complete, and painting and decorating can begin.
